Well here it is in all it's glory! soft capped before incarnate stuff, plenty of damage, team support, and you'll find yourself having badass moments you didn't think was possible! I'm always up for improvements, so if you have any helpful input, share away! I'm not so high on myself that I wont make improvements if they're to be had.

Until the world goes cold, nothing will keep me from this throne, I'll fight.

What do you mean softcapped before incarnate stuff? You aren't close.

 

He is actually damn near softcapped for incarnate without incarnates. 59% Lethal and Smashing DEF. I mean overall those defenses are damn good. If you are referring to Resistances, then no he is not softcapped, but that won't matter if they can't hit him. The only issue I see is that when a hit does inevitably land he might be one shot.

I'm not an expert so correct me if I am being grossly oversighting something. But, first of all you get Transference every ten seconds, so why bother slotting Endurance reduction on so many toggles? Why did you skip on Rain of Fire? It's a big ass AoE that your Scourge loves. You did not toggle Focused Accuracy, so you had four ToHit slotted in Tactics where a single one was enough to make your snipe uninterruptible. Doesn't Aim feel superfluous when you're capping yourself in damage with Fulcrum Shit and your ToHit is already 'passively' so high?

 

Removing all those endurance toggles and the extra ToHit in Tactics gives six slots to play around with, but I don't know what you'd like to spend them on as the build seems pretty complete as it is.

This is what I've come up with that I think is better. Still softcapped to s/l before incarnate and it has 50% s/l resists and over 1500 HP as well with perma hasten.
