looking to make an alternative/ fun farmer that is good for solo farms and also following another farmer looking at making a dark melee/fire aura brute, any and all help is appreciated and yes i understand it won't be as fast as a spines or rad fire, but already have a rad fire want something different. want to try. i want to try and make it as efficient and good for solo fire farming

I don’t have mids so good luck with those data chunks, but I have 5 vet level 100+ /fire brutes including dark/ (as well as rad/, spines/, ice/, and fire/). I can confirm for you that the loss of a second damage aura is not that big a deal - it’s maybe slightly noticeable but burn is still your main damage, and epic/patron aoes are more than enough to cover for the lack of a short recharge click PBAoE attack.

 

EDIT: I also haven’t respec’d since the touch of fear change, so not sure if that power’s new AoE changes much. Looks like a tiny radius but maybe it could be proccy, idk.

Here is my Dark/Fire Farmer.  I LOVe Dark.  I use it with both Invul and Dark armor on Brutes and Tanks.  It was an easy choice for Farming.  

 

This is a quirky beast.  All My Incarnate Powers are MORE DAMAGE

 

So.....Where does my Endurance come from?  It doesnt.  It just goes away.  Pretty darned quick too!

 

Seriously though,, as I am sue you know both Fire and Dark have an Endurance Recovery PBAoE.  This is a high recharge build.  So....Just keep pumping up the blue balloon with holes in the bottom and everything will be fine!

Loose a little bit of recharge, bit more utility.  Added a -resist to immobilize fences, honestly I would recommend swapping the sets between Ball and Fence.  Turned Touch of Fear to a proc attack, not sure how useful that is but its tiny AoE.  Removed the 2 extra health recovery, Pancrease is all you really need.  Removed the excessive slots you were using in agesis, move them to the +def powers which freed up the slots for other things and could swap out sets.  Added one recharge to firey embrace.  Also one free slot in Blazing Aura, to your preference and can move anywhere.

Loose a little bit of recharge, bit more utility.  Added a -resist to immobilize fences, honestly I would recommend swapping the sets between Ball and Fence.  Turned Touch of Fear to a proc attack, not sure how useful that is but its tiny AoE.  Removed the 2 extra health recovery, Pancrease is all you really need.  Removed the excessive slots you were using in agesis, move them to the +def powers which freed up the slots for other things and could swap out sets.  Added one recharge to firey embrace.  Also one free slot in Blazing Aura, to your preference and can move anywhere.

Alpha Musculature Core Paragon  (Increase damage)

Judgement : Ion Core Final Judgement or Pyronic Core Final Judgement (AoE nuke of choice)

Interface : Degenerative Core Flawless (reduce hitpoint of target, kind of like -resist but lowers the HP total, like 10 hp -2 = 8 instead of 10  - resist = 11 point next hit)

Lore : Banished Pantheon Raidal Superior Ally

Ageless Core Epiphany : +End +Rech +Rec (Endurance bar heal, Like Hasten 70% which reduces over time,  +Stamina recover like the Empathy buff but at max capable)

Hybrid : Assault Total Radial Graft Core Embodiment or Assault Core (Mids is borked, everything is out of order)

 

Hybrid, highest one on either side is debatable.  One is an extra damage proc, another says +DMG boost stacks so many times.

Since its a Farmer I take as much Damage as possible.  Musculature Alpha, Pyronic Judgement (of course!) Reactive Interface, Clarion for Destiny (Fire Armor can use the Status prot imo) Lore Storm Elementals because I dont like pets, so i just get angry clouds, and Assault Hybrid..

 

That means even in teams this beast is running squishier than most Scrappers.  Needing big mobs for End Recovery PBAoEs and burning down anything that gets close to it real fast.  ....errrr, as long as it stays up lol.  Then again, the rez is another nuke!
