Fold Space is the only example here where a core function was removed from the set. Energize retained Conserve Power’s endurance discount function. Disruption Arrow retained Acid Arrow’s -res functionality. Moment of Glory retained it’s function as a high def + high res panic button. Not remembering Repulse off the top of my head.

 

So yeah, one time total so far.

 

EDIT: Disrupt/Repulse looks like it probably constitutes a second example yes.

Telekinesis from Mind Control was ally Flight power instead of toggle hold power.

That said Liquiefy really needs recharge reduction.

Or make intangible powers useful, for all 4? In the game that isn't like phase shift for the player.  I suggest turn them into a short duration intangible hold since there are no intangible enhancements, like 6 seconds, then applies a decent amount of damage when they phase in.

As far as I am aware most of those changes did not change the core function of the power. In the few cases where it did, the powers name was changed (making it a different power, thereby invalidating the cottage rule).

Moving the function to another power is not maintaining its core function. Acid Arrow picked up +res to healing and -res to debuffs.

Hardly. Duration was reduced from 3 minutes to 15 seconds. It's an entirely different power.
