Does dual pistol swap ammo suppress the force feedback +recharge proc?

Looks like using swap ammo removes the KB/KU effect entirely. Would the +recharge proc still fire without the secondary effect in the attack?

To my knowledge the proc will still have a chance of firing.

Swap ammo does not effect procs, so yes the Force Feedback proc will work as intended.
