Minimal FX Options for Epic Pool Auras

Hopefully not a hard fix, but in the meantime it's frustrating that [Mind Over Body] has a Min FX option in the willpower set, but not the Psychic Mastery epic pool. I'm sure there's other powers with similar inflexibility, but this is the one bugging me most.

So agree, having a thousand little circles floating all around me gets annoying when it comes to both mind over body and indomitable will actually.  I'm almost always in favor of minFX options in general.

Minimal FX options in general would be a very popular thing for devs to do a global pass on.
