atienne Posted May 5, 2021 Posted May 5, 2021 Suddenly I can't log in. It immediately shutand says Microsoft will let me know why if they know. This never bodes well as I have never been contacted by Microsoft pertaining to not being ablr to log in. It just shuts down! how do I get COH back without losing my characters?

If you get a Microsoft/WIndows message when trying to start up, that means the game crashed and can't start back up. I would restart your PC, and then re-verify your manifest through your launcher. If you're using HC Launcher, click the "..." under the "play" button and click "Verify". If you're using Tequila, click "Options" then the "Revalidate" button. I'd pay attention to other apps as well to see if it is giving issues with those.
