Not sure what you're referring to. There are no Centaurs in the game. Cyclops? Centurion?

 

If you're referring to teleport (was that added in page 3?), orange inspirations provide 100% teleport resistance for their duration. Several of the armor sets (Electric, Energy) have teleport protection. The Gladiator's Armor and Shield Wall sets have unique IOs that provide teleport protection.
