DB/Nin Hack and Slash Ninja!

So in my continuing quest to find fun toons and to sow discord. I happened upon this idea in a lucid dream as a crazy eyed double cleaver wielding psycho. I have zero experience with DB/ on any AT, and /Nin I dabbled with on Live as a Nin/Nin stalker haunting Sirens Call and TP the hapless hero into my clutches. So waxing nostalgia I came up with a build, and yes, to you I am sure there are questionable things I did, but, this is specific to my idea of tactics and play style.

Take a moment, look it over, and give me some advice or point out some glaring holes that I have overlooked. Once again this build does not include Incarnates, I never factor them into any of my builds on any AT.

Those extra def IOs are way over cap and not really helping much.  I'd for sure take weave before manuevers.  You could do both and free up slots for def bonuses.   Hasten isn't even close to perma and DB doesnt' even really need it if you ask me.  Blinding Feint then attack vitals is a great st chain and it doesn't require hasten.  Here is my db/sr which would be somewhat similiar for slotting aside from the pool choices.
