... when I go to the AH (which is already a PIA to use) to buy simple, LVL 25 IO's and there are no IO's (or recipes) of the kinds that I'm looking for:

You can go to an IO crafting table and buy generic recipes right from it no limit other than maximum recipes you can carry at a moment and your influence.

 

Then you just need salvage and influence to craft.

My anger comes from the market players who spend their day time buying out miracle IOs en masse to try and raise the price to 10mm (as an example).

Understandable.  This is frustrating.

It's probably less useful here on HC but that's part ot the reason (in addition to badges) my main on Live had all the recipes memorized.  She mass produce the common IO's and stock the storage bins as needed in the SG

The level 25 common IO market was my foundation on live to hitting a billion. I got all of the crafter badges on here on a character and selling the leftovers was just sad.
