I can't look at the actual numbers in Mids but I'd guess it's a combo of playstyle (not often running solo and not using inspirations, teaming with known teammates and the tendency of Tactics or other To Hit buffs to be common among them), wanting to maximize damage and the debuff of defense by RI. If it's a concern the easiest fix I see is adding a Kismet to the build most likely swapping into CJ. Which means sacrificing the S/L resistance. Or find a slot to add Kismet and/or then add the Scaling Resist into the build to gain back most or all the S/L resistance back.

You've accomplished soft capped S/L on a Resist armor build, which isn't very common, and an interesting direction to go in. I do wonder if you'd be better served with a Ranged defense build given the sets involved--there isn't any reason you need to be up close with enemies with these powers. But I realize you may be covering this with your debuff toggles. Main thing I'd consider is dropping Vengeance for Aim with the Gaussian's proc. Aim > Blizzard is a sick, crunchy sound I wouldn't want to pass up. Endurance may also be an issue unless you're running an incarnate like Destiny Ageless. Overall tho not bad. There's a lot of questionable slotting like purposely leaving tough 5 slotted at lvl 24, and then saving a global 3% defense io until much later to slot it as a stand alone slot in temp invulnerability, and questionable power selections like having flurry and jump kick in addition to boxing and tough. This build is not for me, as I can't bring myself around the power choices. Then again the only builds that are for me are ones that I make myself.

I believe my Claws/SR went 2 Steadfast (resist/end, resist/3%) and 3 Glad Armor (resist, resist/end, 3%) => 4% recovery, 3 pts kb prot, which is probably what I'd do here if I stayed at 5 slots. But it is consistent with their build goals. Not sure of the math for 4% recovery vs 2.5% end discount Definitely a lot of mules for the S/L defense. I've seen the build in action (YouTube) it definitely performs assuming the above build is essentially the same one. 1

Most often than not I like to get chase melee, so I usually end up with tough at least 5 slotted often 6 slotted with 4 unbreakable and then the steadfast +def and the gladiator +def. Otherwise if I have my melee defense sorted, I like +5 gladiators and then some procs, especially if I need to pad S/L res. 1

I believe my Claws/SR went 2 Steadfast (resist/end, resist/3%) and 3 Glad Armor (resist, resist/end, 3%) => 4% recovery, 3 pts kb prot, which is probably what I'd do here if I stayed at 5 slots. But it is consistent with their build goals. Not sure of the math for 4% recovery vs 2.5% end discount Definitely a lot of mules for the S/L defense. I've seen the build in action (YouTube) it definitely performs assuming the above build is essentially the same one. Yessir, its the same build. 1
