Fix Praetor Duncan's perception and speed

In the first mission of Praetor Duncan's Dark Astoria arc, you have to lead her around the Founders Falls map to meet with Diabolique. Please give her a perception radius of more than 5 feet so that she actually follows you, and the ability to move faster than Walk. Even with stealth and sprint turned off, she is constantly getting lost and left behind. This is one of Praetoria's most powerful AVs?

But also one of its laziest, so this implementation is actually lore-accurate!

If you fix her, please don't her fix her that much. It's nice being able to leave her behind to clear the map. And would really like to avoid having another Ms. Liberty who aggroes to mobs that aren't even rendered on the screen yet and goes racing off to fight them.

Well you don't have to worry about that; like I said, she's lazy and refuses to fight, so she's a non-combat NPC.
