Toggles that affect enemies exhibit this behavior.  Beta Decay from radiation armor also does this if you get mezzed.  That being said, I believe a toggle rework is in the upcoming patch that addresses this...

As said, happens to all toggles that effect the enemy.  Blazing Aura will detoggle if the Fire Armor user gets mezzed.  The difference is, Fire Armor has a toggle mez protection, while Shield's click mez protection can have gaps if you don't have the recharge equal to the duration.

 

Also, you'd likely see it during an ITF as killing Rommy puts out a powerful stun, that eats through most stun resist (double Clicks Mezes and some sets with double stun protection can get by it...plus using a mez protection inspiration of course)
