Has anyone tried Provoke from the power pool sets

I hate the non taunt aura scrappers I wish Provoke was a taunt aura yes one can dream but as of right now it's not I am just curious how it performs on a scrapper.  Just trying gauge is it good enough to make due with out the aura

It’s good. Not auto hit though but one slot of acc is fine.

Yes I use provoke on quite a few characters. If I didn't have to fit leadership into a number of my builds, provoke is a power I'd strongly consider.

 

Defenders, Blasters, Domis, etc. I take it on a number of AT's as well.

 

As Thread said you can slot an acc into it, or if your global acc/the is good enough I like a zinger proc in it.

I always take taunt and provoke on all my Tanks because I just build for aggro soaking. Be sure to have some accuracy. Unlike Taunt, Provoke misses a lot.

Thanks for the replies I was hoping it be solid enough for me to use on a set without a taunt aura to get aggro when I want it if nothing else

In addition to NOT being autohit, it doesn't have the -range effect, meaning that while you do get the enemy's ire, they don't have to close the distance with you...
