The smeary-diagonal "action lines" just before the kicks (which are definitely from Vorpal) are from Burst of Speed as well. Kinda looks like they made a single target BoS clone with Vorpal's kicks. 1 You see a mousetrap? I see free cheese and a f$%^ing challenge.
