It seems a bit... awkward and not user friendly, as it would appear as a bug more than anything else. The three parts, I can understand. What confused me there, is that on my main, it would not increase the counter from 1/3 to 2/3, and there, of course, is no notification since there's no badge yet. I had it to 1 on my main because I did the mission, but I had to do the mission a second time to get it to 2/3, as it would not increase in city hall for some reason. Ive done it backwards (in a way) before and it registered 1/3 whichever you do first… I’m not sure if it works doing Khan, barracuda and the marker actually. I did Khan, the cape mission and then the exploration marker - in that order - and it worked. I just think you hadn’t done the steps. The cape mission is so rarely run it’s not likely you’ll have it registered there. @Xiddo on Excel. The only thing that matters is VISITING ALL THREE VERSIONS of the memorial. Each version of the memorial counts for 1/3 of the badge. After you visit all three locations and only after you visit all three locations will the Badge trigger. At the moment it’s the only location that works like this. Follow @Xiddo link posted above. It's similar to the last badge in the RWZ, inside the mothership, which you can't get without being there for a mothership raid (because you have to bring the forcefield down to get to the badge. Standing right on the badge does nothing, and the mission will not advance. I can read the plaque, but Hero 1 does not appear. What Am I doing wrong?
