Is it possible?

Yes.

how much +recharge do you need?

With 91.78% Recharge Reduction slotted in Light Form and 151.25% global +Recharge, the recharge time is 87.46s.

Spiritual Core Paragon drops it to 79.4s.

Perma anything is cooldown/duration - 1 (ignoring activation atm for simplicity).

300 / 90 -1 is the recharge ultimately needed, that's 233.33%.

Let's say you slot to ED cap of recharge within LF of 95%, now you're at 138.3% remaining.

Now let's assume you slot the max of 5 ultimate recharge bonuses for 50%, now at 88.3% lef.  (I'd go 3 purples and split Superior Essence Transfer into 2 sets of 3)

It shouldn't be too difficult to sneak in 2 gargantuan bonuses of 8.75% for 17.5, now at 70.5% (NOT making Kheldians Grace superior may be the call here).

Let's assume 5 LotG for 37.5% now you're at, 33 remaining.

I'm going to stop at this point, there are various bonuses of 7.5 and 6.25 remaining.  If you use Panaceas in 2 of your heals, then 3 of the 6.25% bonuses and "Bob's your uncle" (not counting activation).

Note, this is just AN example of a roadmap to no Hasten/perma LF, there are other combinations, of course, something else may be more effective.  I also didn't check on how many slots this takes.

Personally, I'm currently playing a PB with playstyle of "stay in non-human forms except to buff and nuke" and having LF and Hasten on 2 very different cycles becomes quite annoying, especially if the action gets hot and heavy.  So I certainly get the appeal of a no-Hasten perma LF build.

Yeah, this PB is human only, so perma LF is mandatory, and constantly having to watch Hasten is a pain, hence wanting to go without it. But I also want to be able to fit in a significant amount of defense from set bonuses, so it may not be possible. This is one of those times when I really hate working on builds. Can I? Sure. Will I enjoy it? Nope.

@Luminara
I'm thinking 151.25% is tough to get to without Hasten.

1-49, use the 20% Empowerment Station buff, Offensive Amplifier and Cross Punch with the Boxing and Kick synergies (one target = 10%).  That's 45% on a silver platter.  If you can't pull 105% out of set bonuses, ask for help.

50+, purples and Superior ATO bonuses replace the buffs.

Also note that I didn't slot Light Form to the ED cap for Recharge Reduction.  A few more % there is a few less % global.

None of that is factoring for the Force Feedback proc.  Or Ageless.  I never use those.  The only variable +Recharge buff on my build is Cross Punch (which, as noted, is only factored for one target in my total).

151.25% isn't even the maximum possible on my peacebringer.  I spent several powers and 6 slots on Psi and Slow Resistances.  If I wanted to go for max +Recharge, I could drop those and push it up to 160% with minimal effort, and as high as 200% if I used the buffs.

~150% is easy.  I have several characters that have that much with just set bonuses and primary/secondary powers.  Hard was 162.5% on my Ill/Savage (i never take Hasten on dominators.  i'm playing to play, not to time powers and juggle clicks).

Get busy living... or get busy dying.  That's goddamn right.

You have 2 self heals and 85% Resist caps.   I wouldn't worry about defense.  You don't even need the Shields (I use them only as 1 slot wonders)

Yeah, that's my other level 50 (Fire/Psi Dom) that's been sitting around collecting dust because it's another build that's gonna be a pain in the ass. Cause I'm with you, juggling Hasten and Perma Dom isn't fun.

I know allowing multiple powers to be auto'd opens up a can of worms, but there are some times when I really wish we could.

This is pretty easy to do with the bindloadfilesilent command.

Yeah there are various workarounds that function to one degree or another, but none are ideal, mostly because they require constant user input. So once you're AFK for a brief period of time (pee break, getting food/drink, partner/pet aggro, or just waiting for a team to form) you're going to lose your buffs. Which isn't terrible for PBs, but really sucks for a Dom.

I could probably write an AutoHotKey script that would get the job done, but again, not an ideal nor elegant solution.

True. There's no free lunch.

But cycling 4 keybinds actually works well for time periods when you are actively playing.

Like really well.

I say this as someone who has more Doms than all the other ATs combined.
