StJ/WP Build Request

Hey all, I'm new/returning (never got as far into the game as I'd like, and am finally coming back), and trying to play a few characters (altitis hits me hard). One of them is a Street Justice/Willpower Scrapper, and I was looking into what people recommended for a build.

 

Actually, what kind of build goals do people even have for Scrappers? I know Tankers and Brutes wanna cap Defenses and Resistances, and those are what I've mostly played. I'm not really sure what to shoot for when it comes to a damage dealer Class? Obviously I want to deal high amounts of damage, but I don't even know what to look for or what it would look like.

 

if someone could share a Mids build, that'd be awesome, or even just general advice, that'd be really great.

Here's an Elec/WP Scrapper build I've been working on.  May work for you to get some ideas for StJ/WP.

 

I'd likely work on getting the RCH for HB > RC > SB > CU > Snipe > SB > Repeat (I believe that's what I used for ST DPS on my StJ's)

Update to my Elec/WP build to help you again 🙂  This build has 75% S/L Resist, 2232 HP (so just 177 away from cap) and just over 60 HP/sec regen (that's with just 1 enemy nearby).

My build still needs work in terms of where I put Critical Strikes: +50% to Crit, but I'd say look for StJ suggestions on that

What do people recommend for Ancillary/Epic Pool powers for StJ/WP?

I think the new fave is Ice Mastery for the Basic Blast and the Snipe.
