I was exploration badge hunting when I got a thought. Do developers when they are placing badges think "is there a roof with radio broadcast antennas? No, how about the bottom of a water fall? Still no. Find an abandoned car"

I'm not a great badger, personally but I get the attraction of them. I think they do need to be in interesting places in order to capture the imagination.
