bladed weapon concept help

strange homage, but it is me.  the idea is a kitchen appliance (vegetable chopper/food processor) which is animated....and kind of a badass.

 

no combo sets, something that runs well in incarnate as well as pre50 play.  something with sharp edges... is claws good on scrapper

 

secondary.... willpower? or invul using a hyperstrike build?

 

i never run scrappers so any feedback is appreciated.

Claws is really good on Scrappers. For your concept you could also do dual Blades. 

 

Secondary I would suggest something that boost recharge - SR would be a good one for either.

Spines, but also making sure to take Whirlwind from the Speed pool so you're basically a literal blender.  Dual Blades and Claws are also pretty blender-y.

Dude that's a badass idea,..a SPINES/BIO scrapper who just sucks up mobs like a tornado of pure destruction.
