I'd second the "form one the way you want and invite people along." Even if you don't want to lead an SG long-term, you can find like-minded folks and turn it over to someone you trust will keep it the way you had in mind.

I m pretty sure there is one, don't ask me about the name, but I have seen a bunch of Bunny themed characters of the same SG multiple times
