Tankshock
Will Glue Arrow proc at normal/full rates when dropped, or is it like Rain of Fire?
Spaghetti Betty Posted yesterday at 01:38 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:38 AM Blaster Glue Arrow is a fantastic power for proccing! So, there are two components to the power when the math happens. There is the projectile that is fired at a single target, and the pseudopet that drops and ticks damage slowly. Both of these elements have fantastic proc chances. I would highly recommend 6-slotting with procs! It will tank your target's HP when the procs all fire twice upon impact! 3 Mainly on Excelsior. Find me in game @Spaghetti Betty. Normally pseudopets do very poorly with procs. Are you sure Glue Arrow is different?

Do you have a shareable build? (Whoops, never mind, I'm rebuilding an Archery/TA...) I swear i had coffee Edited 8 hours ago by lemming
Hedgefund
I'm super skeptical of "trust me bro" so I copied a /TA blaster to test and slotted Glue Arrow to look like this: I got my QA god-mode buff and got a Council radio set to +1/8. I wanted even con results for my lvl 50+1. I simply fired off glue in a spawn and would re-apply it when the effect wore off. The result - dayum. One application started putting corpses on the floor. If I were to unretire this blaster I'd certainly be looking to emphasize Glue procs. My evidence (logs, etc)? Trust me bro.
tidge
My final slotting on Glue Arrow: Level 1: Glue Arrow (A) D-Sync Guidance (Accuracy/Range): Level 53 (*) Javelin Volley – Accuracy/Damage/Recharge: Level 50+5 (*) Javelin Volley – Chance of Damage (Lethal) (*) Positron’s Blast - Chance of Damage (Energy) (*) Ice Mistral’s Torment - Chance of Damage (Cold) (*) Annihilation - Chance for Res Debuff I wanted the Range to bring it closer to the other Arrow powers (primary and secondary), and it can tolerate some recharge, so that explains the second slot. Annihilation's %-Res is (for me) one of those force multiplier choices (for teams) and works best IMO if multiple attacks include it, so as to potentially keep extending its effect.
