I was wondering if perhaps there was some way you could provide a directional arrow or map marker to help those who cannot hear the glowie ping. I've had endless frustration locating them, as my hearing has degenerated to the point I cannot use sound to home in.

Can't Help with a Marker or anything. But if you were not aware of City Mod Installer, it allows you to install game mods from a list. One of the Mods is an extra loud Glowie audio Mod that may help you out, just take a look at the link below. It is easy to install and add Mods to.

" When it's too tough for everyone else,

it's just right for me..."

( Unless it's Raining, or Cold, or Really Dirty

or there are Sappers, Man I hate those Guys...)

I have noticed that, if all mobs are defeated and a glowie remains unclicked, said glowie will appear on the mission map. I have no idea if this happens all the time, but it does happen.
I hope that helps.

Most mission maps, but only for the last glowie.

I did take a quick look at the mod list and there are sound changes for glowies, but didn't see one that may make the glow brighter.  (Not even sure if that is feasible in a mod since that may collide with other effects)

Voltor suggested a distance queue for GMs (like the Halloween GM) which could help.   A directional arrow or distance, or both would be a nice add since I often have the game volume turned down low.

Will have to take another look at demorecord and see if it can still be parsed for blinky locations

For those who suggest turning up the volume; I'm completely incapable of hearing anything of the kind. LOW frequency. Volume doesn't help. I need a visual solution.

You cant hear low frequency or can only hear low frequency? Cause somebody could maybe make a lower frequency sound mod for it? Or vice versa...

A very good idea, Nerio72! May I further suggest that hyflite find a suitable frequency audio file and forward it to the person making the actual mod? It would seem a more efficient route than using a trial-and-error method.

Low frequency is the only one available to me. And not for much longer, owing to my circumstances. A visual solution is my only long term option.

Don't get me wrong, folks. I appreciate the idea behind the audio file swap. It just isn't the answer.
