Sony cancels the Spiderverse films

I felt like the idea of Madame Web's character is an interesting idea if you strip Spider-Man out of it, but whoever green lit that character getting a movie shouldn't be in the industry. I never talked myself into watching the Venom movies because they never were that greatly reviewed. I feel like people saw them due to Venom versus them be standout movies.

 

Venom was just okay.  It was never really that great.  Then it went down hill on the second one.  Sony-verse has been trash since day one.  Their CGI never felt as good as MCU even at MCU's worse.  Like old FOX X-Men movies.

The fact that they could have used spiderman in these and setup the whole live action sinister six and choose NOT to, is one of the dumbest decisions Sony Pictures has ever done.

 

Good riddance to the Villain verse or whatever the hell it was called.

You know it's no joke. You know that movie sucked. It objectively, cosmically, ontologically sucked. It's not about fact, it's about the feels. 

If you've ever had your heartfelt opinions and clownish whimsy pruned by VIDEO GAME FORUM MODERATORS (aka, the system, society, The MAN, etc.) then Joker is the movie for you.

I make jokes and occasionally post reviews for my own amusement. I absolutely do not want to be a revolutionary savior. I'm fucking awful. Though I do feel bad for anyone who believes violence is anything but a last resort. Sure, it's nice to fantasize about burning the whole system down. But at the end of the day fire, death, and blood is a terrible burden for everyone to bear. We're supposed to be civilized.
