So, I've created a character whose inspiration is Rorschach (also the Question, but more Rorschach).  I've made him a Scrapper, but I wondered about making him a Stalker.  I thought I'd poll the audience and see what people think?

Would you make him a Scrapper or a Stalker, and why?

How about a /ninjitsu scrapper?  You get the best of both worlds, (and a superior version of ninjitsu, IMO).  You can be sneaky, but also good in a stand-up fight, (better, again, IMHO)...

I gave him Street Justice and Willpower, seemed the most in character.

However, Scrappers are generally sturdier than Stalkers... but being a little squishier might also be in character for him.  He's essentially a normal person, after all.

First off all folks you listed have trained/natural talent to to vanish into the shadows.  As for "Scrappers" are sturdier.  They are exactly same, both have same numbers for caps with Stalkers having edge with defense stuff.  Both cap at 75% resists.  I built you a something that would fit with the theme you want and having some gadgets to use also.

Specified Stalker (Street Justice - Willpower).mbd

Hopefully this can be helpful for you.
