Chat Character Name Click

When you click on a character name in chat, you get a popup with options like "Invite To Team" or "Send Message". Two additions I'd like to have in that list:

• "Send Email" - opens an in-game email pre-addressed to the characters @global 
• "Target {Character Name}" - attempts to target the character, which of course won't work if they are too far away, etc.
  • "Can someone tp me into the bowl? I don't have fly."

once you get the global name you can email them or send them a tell.

 

Remember harassment is against the Code of Conduct, and you may be reported if someone feels that you are harassing them.

Uhm... this is already a thing in game, just not as part of the right click menu. You click the character or you click the character's name on your team/league window, and now you can teleport that character to you. While this isn't possible with someone you just see in chat, if they are on a MSR with you, then they are already there to be clicked and teleported. The requesting person needs only provide some additional information to help with the process. "Can someone tp me into the bowl? Team 4 player 3."

The whole point is to be able to bypass that because the MSR leader probably has more important stuff to do than track down a name in the league UI full of player names…

 

This would be a great QoL update. And thanks Oklahoman for all the work you do in leading events and helping newer players in those events.

Which is why the requesting player should identify himself/herself/themselves instead of hoping that someone in the league will be able to quickly find them on the league list. This has nothing to do with the MSR leader.

I think this would be a nice QoL addition.   Makes relying on someone to say what team/pos they are at unneeded.  (Especially if positions scramble, etc...)
