Those powers are already in one place - on your character's powers menu.  What would adding them to the START vendor bring to the table?

What I think (s)he/they is asking for is a new list in START that as you meet the requirements to make some purchases free from START, they get moved there. Though some START powers start out as free and then lose that status when you select other powers from the same group.

Yes, this is what I meant. So I can go to ONE place in the vendors menu and see everything that is available for no Inf.

Are you looking at them for when you just start a new character? Because if you don't mail yourself INF to begin with you've already got the ... forgetting which option it is to filter in the lower right, and unless I'm remembering wrong, with 0 inf you'll only see the free stuff.  (Just double checked - yeah, if you have "hide recipes missing ingredients" it won't show anything you don't have the INF for.)

(Granted, that doesn't help later when you HAVE a good bit of INF.)

Not really, no. That could be neat too, but my suggestion is primarily for characters that have unlocked free access to various prestige items by gaining badges that unlock them, such as Assemble the Team, Return to Battle, etc. But thanks for the tip, that may help.
