Technically Spring begins in the UK March 20th, but the daffodils are sprouting and there are buds on the trees. Winter began 21/12/2024 but I'd already had my heating on a month or so by that point. 

I guess one of the reasons I asked is because Paragon City is located in Rhode Island. So, my thought process for the question was based on the game's location and America's seasonal schedule. I look outside my window and see cars buried in snow. My brain isn't computing a spring setting: no pastels in sight.
