Branwolfman Posted Friday at 10:07 PM Posted Friday at 10:07 PM Brand new player, looking a current spine/fire build to get up and running for FF farm as soon as possible. Looking for cheapest build that can be upgraded later once I am on farm. Thanks!

Troo Posted Saturday at 03:30 AM Posted Saturday at 03:30 AM (edited) Found 2620 results Decent overview of low budget farming or Spines/Fire Lots of old builds here go earn some cash and buy my stuff on the black market, you work for me now !! Maelwys Posted Monday at 06:54 AM Posted Monday at 06:54 AM (edited) Better yet, perform the same search in the Tanker forum. Fiery Aura Brutes have sucked for farming since 2022 (see the i27p4 aggro revamp which made farming survivability requirements skyrocket and the i27p5 nerf to Burn which stopped it summoning multiple patches) and also Spines hasn't been in favour ever since the introduction of Radiation Melee in i25. Whilst it's still possible to Farm on them, it takes considerably more effort (and therefore more influence) to hit the new survivability requirement thresholds and no matter what you do they'll woodchipper through foes more slowly compared to an equivalent Tanker. Thanks! there is not an endless valley of endgame content which unlocks when you reach lvl 50 in CoH like in some other games not to start Ye Olde farming debate but i’d recommend at least trying the game and learning how to play it before skipping it all to the end - it’s good fun if you want to complete the game in the shortest amount of time: log onto the beta server -> freebies popup menu (bottom left) -> set level 50 -> grats you did it -> top right menu, “exit to desktop” 1 If you're not dying you're not living

I did the same thing only went the AH route. Which, honestly, I recommend over farming. Both are good ways to make ends meet, but with a market toon you can set things for sale then alt and play the game. Come back hours later or next day, pull in millions of inf, restock the market, and go play some more. AFK farming is probably the same if you have 2 accounts. Active farming, which I do on the reg, is for when there ain't nuth'n go'n on or I need to play without thinking. You guys are right though, don't skip over the content, there is some really good stuff. And the slow grind isn't really slow if you throw in a TF or two. 1
