The Girls of Nukem High

Greetings!

 

"The Girls of Nukem High" Supergroup is originally from LIVE, and was on the Triumph / Liberty / Virtue and Freedom Servers! We have been on Homecoming on the Excelsior Server since 2019. This is a new update to our first SG page since then. Our Uniformed Tiny School Girl Themed SG is in full swing, and we would love for any former members to catch up with some old, and even some new friends. We are also accepting new members who would like to be part of our fun and active School Girl SG.

 

We meet up on Sundays at 5pm EST (4pm CST) by Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park.  If you're interested in joining the SG or have any questions. Please feel free to contact @Ivory Kix,  @Darkkeepr, @Scat, @AmberBlackstone or @Lethal Protector

 

Joining the SG requires that you play at least once per month to remain active. You need one (1) Slot available for the School Uniform, which we wear whenever we are teamed up with other Nukems. All members are Smallest Height, but can have long legs.  All other costumes are whatever you like.

 

Below are the Nukem High Uniform specifications.:

 

Nukem Uniform Part 1

SCALES:

Height = Smallest

Physique = 30% up to Center

Shoulders = Center

Chest = Center

Waist = Smallest

Hips = Smallest

Legs = Any Length

 

Head:

Standard Face - Any Color - Face 1-30, Young Face 1-15

Face - Make up 1-5 - Any Color

Hair - All normal, except Bald, Brains, Leaves, Nails, Bridal, and Extremes. 

Ears - Human, Vampire

 

Detail 1 - Optional - Round, Daddy-O, Sun Glasses

 

 

Nukem Uniform Part 2

UPPER BODY:

Jackets - Suit - Black / Black

Sleeves - Suit Long - Black / Black

Chest - Dress Shirt - White / Black

Chest Detail - Over - Atom - 5th Red from Left / then Black

Gloves - Smooth - Bare Hands

 

LOWER BODY:

Skirts / Shorts - Flared Pleated - Plaid - 5th Red from Left / then Black

Bottom - Bikini 1, 2, 3 or Thong - Any Color

Boots - Stilettos or Platforms - Heels 2 - White / Black

 

NO Pets, Tails, Auras, Back Packs, Wings, Capes, Hats or Helmets Allowed

Also below this line is the actual COH Costume file called (Nukem Girl) that you can click on, and download to the Costumes Folder in COH.

The costume will be available when you start the game to make your Nukem Girl. Just click on the LOAD Tab when in the Tailor Session in the Character Creator, and select the correct file. You then adjust the skin, hair, face, and makeup and you're set.

Note: It would be advisable to save a copy of the uniform if you didn't download it. This is in case you would like to make another Nukem.  You can load the uniform and then simply adjust the skin color, face, makeup, and hair again.

In a world of meta-humans, aliens, mutants, and other such atypical people, why would the height and face options be restricted?

Well it IS a high school themed SG.  The costume symetry would seem to reinforce the theme they're going for, think of it as an extra layer to the SG colors that takes up a costume slot.  Sure there's Big Becky's in high school but I think they're going for a uniform indescernable look for every member when they team.  So then what stands out isn't any Becky's, but the SG theme itself.

 

I wouldn't begrudge them their criteria.  I'm just sad every one of my girls is too thicc they'd have to attend the school on the east side with no pool.

Except Superman/Clark Kent outwardly appears perfectly human.  How would that work for someone clearly non-human?  Are you taking the approach that they employ active holo-emitters or something?

Of course they are entitled to place whatever restrictions they want, but that doesn't mean it makes sense to an outside observer...  Do they not accept blue-skinned aliens or people with animal features?

Yes we would employ a holo-emitters. If I am not mistaken, Beast Boy in of the DC animated shows used one to hide who he was while out in public. Same thing can be applied to a student.  It is after all about safety for the students.

We do have aliens that are apart of our school. Peacebringers and Warshades to name as examples.  Please be aware that one costume slot is dedicated to the uniform only. So the other uniforms can be what you really look like when not using a holo-emitter.   My characters are mostly human so I don't have an example but I know there are Nukems who don't look human but would use a holo-emitter.

The post is pretty detailed out.  To me the exclusion of skin color would seem you have some room to work.  As far as animal features the face options would limit that out, also the exclusion of tails, wings, etc.  So I'd assume if you're looking to join with your blue skinned vampire within the rest of the parameters you'll be good to go.

I would add-in this point to clarify that the uniform need not reflect the *actual* appearance of your character, to help avoid any confusion.

PBs and WSs are energy beings with human hosts, so they'd, for the most part, appear as normal humans unless transformed into a nova, dwarf, or possibly light form...

Just FYI, the Nukems have been on Excelsior since before I joined Homecoming in early 2020.  I have five alts with them and they are fun plus coalitioned with other fun people.

 

Skin Color isn't a thing in the Nukems, Here are three of mine.

I am Half Latina myself! But (No pun intended), the reason for the small hips is because the skirt will stick out passed the jacket if the hips are medium or higher. This makes it look weird. And, unfortunately, COH has still not fixed the clipping issue.

Hi, we try to keep it basic. The SG is just following the rules from LIVE, Also if you'll note below, any color skin IS ALLOWED.

Head:  Standard Face - Any Color - Face 1-30, Young Face 1-15  But, you're right monster, alien, animals heads aren't.

I've played with TGONH on HC since like they got back on several accounts over the years, very nice n sociable folks.

 

Edit : Not in been their SG though, only making up team numbers when pugging

   I remember playing with The Girls of Nukem High several times during Live on Freedom, and have even done so a few times on Leagues here (and teams? I do not remember, sorry), and I find that this SG is great, very respectable, and are a fantastic "old" addition to Homecoming. So well done, and well met I would say. 🙂 The T (T'rel) approves. And as far as the so called "restrictive" nature of their look goes, it IS only ONE costumes slot here... one out of many, so as far as I am concerned, it is not only perfectly fine, but also a very cool and good idea for a SG. Heck, it's just an expansion of Super Group Mode imo, so its all good as far as I am concerned.

   So as the ever Vampy Vamp Snarky said... ROCK ON! 😁 And thank you, one and all, for being here and recreating such a cool SG here for all for all of us to enjoy and appreciate (if we so choose). Now, if only the ever loved TAXI SG would come back, even if they are no longer "needed" per say, with all the ways we can travel now... 😏

   Thank you very much 😁, though our SG name is Elysian Guardians, though we are coalitioned with Celestial Warriors, which many of us are involved with. 🙂 I have just been a bit too lazy to change the name in my Signature is all lol... 🙂
