Modern Electrical Blast/Electric Armor build

Does anyone have an up to date build?  With Flight/Mystic Flight?

There haven't been any significant changes since electric blast was changed to add the shocked mechanic a couple years or so back.

 

Most elec/elec builds you find on the forums within the last couple years should be realistically useable.

Not only that, but there haven't been any enhancement sets added that would change how you build either.

Cupids Crush baby! I've found that putting the whole set in an AoE like ball lightning offers great utility and set bonuses at an early level.
