Endurance Reduction in your attacks (particularly the AoEs) is always the best place to start. VEATs also tend to run a fair number of toggles so make sure those are appropriately slotted and maybe don't run the ones you don't need at the time.

Then there's maximizing your recovery via a Panacea, Miracle and Numina in Health and EndMod and Performance Shifter in Stamina. And picking up your passive +Endurance accolades.

Many VEATs eventually run Ageless at endgame which will help too... but IMO Crabs are the ones that least benefit from it (especially Crabberminds)

To give you an example: my pet-focused Crab (which still has a full spammable attack chain) recovers a smidge over 2 End/Sec with all his toggles running.

Crabs tend to sweat in the beginning but are cool as cucumbers by the end just ride it out and take maelwys' suggestions. You won't regret it.

For leveling up i would suggest the END P2W tool, think of it as a mini-ageless. It has a cooldown but does help quite a bit with END issues. Costs moneys though, but it helps.

Along these lines base empowerment buff for recovery is easy on the budget.  And stacks with all the above.  Even if you don't have access to an sg base one is available in Fort Trident (even on a TF) as is the p2w/START vendor.  Just need salvage (iirc 2 common and an uncommon) and lasts i believe 90 min at a go.

There is a p2w vendor in open world, like atlas park. And one in pocket D. You dont need access to a sg base to buy them. Its kind of a band-aid, but still it helps, especially in the early levels.

Yes but they (a p2w vendor) don't help with empowerment station buffs which is what I am talking about.  I included a bit of an extra note about the p2w vendor because if you are in a TF (Posi 1, for example) you can't use the vendor outside the one in either Pocket D or Fort Trident.
