Dogooder Posted Friday at 04:12 AM Posted Friday at 04:12 AM 1. If I have a power like Lich, with multiple attributes (damage, accuracy, -to hit, fear, hold, immobilization, and knockback) and if I slot an AT set (One of the Master Mind AT sets in this case which buff damage, accuracy, end rec, etc.) will the unbuffed attributes (-to hit, fear, hold, immobilization, and knockback) work (proc?) at all? 2. And if so, what is the basic value of an unbuffed attribute on a power? Thanks. I'm not sure what the correct language or terms to describe my requests, I appreciate the understanding.
Snarky Posted Friday at 08:02 AM Posted Friday at 08:02 AM (edited) It varies with each pet. I have “fluffy” from dark miasma. I follow conventional advice and enhance it’s to hit debuff and accuracy. From memory i think i 4piece cloud senses in it. I just stand him up and forget him. He is a decently smart pet, rare, who stands at the edge of combat and screws with enemies. Edited Friday at 08:03 AM by Snarky
Major_Decoy Posted Friday at 08:20 AM Posted Friday at 08:20 AM https://cod.uberguy.net/html/powerset.html?pset=mastermind_summon.necromancy&at=mastermind It looks like the base values for lich are: Fearsome Stare: Base accuracy 1.0, Fear duration 17.88 seconds, to-hit debuff -11.25% Drain Life: Base accuracy 1.0, life gain 160.6346, to-hit debuff -5.625% Petrifying Gaze: base accuracy 1.0, hold duration 9.536 seconds Tenebrous Tentacles: base accuracy 1.0, immobilize duration 17.88 seconds, to-hit debuff -5.625% Torrent: base accuracy 1.0, knockback magnitude .67, to-hit debuff -9.375% Dark Blast: base accuracy 1.0, to-hit debuff -9.375% Torrent and Dark Blast information is found in the Lich information, accessible the the lich Power information, and the other four powers are found in their respective upgrades. These powers work just like player powers, you get the unbuffed values if you do not buff them, they don't go away just because you don't slot for them.

It was a more general question, sorry I did not effectively communicate that and thank you for these specifics. 1

As a general answer, yes powers that are unenhanced will still work, however, giving base numbers is impossible because every power is different. Most powers have base 1.0 accuracy, meaning against an even level mob, they have a base 75% chance to hit, but there are tons of powers that *don’t* have a 1.0 accuracy, so they hit more or less often What this team needs is more Defenders

You can go into your power list, or the window while selecting a new power, and click the (i) icon to get more info about that power. It isn't perfect, but it will allow you to see the base values for those powers, (even if you don't take them), and there's even a little level slider so you can see those base values at different levels...
