Taking out Sally summons Lusca

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ........ anyone who takes out Sally causes Lusca to spawn!! ❤️❤️❤️

If you are asking for Sally in Croatoa to spawn Lusca in Independence Port, my question is why? Every time I pass through IP, Lusca is there at one of his spawn points. Doesn't look like he needs any help being present. If you are asking for Lusca to be summonable in Croatoa as well as being in IP? My question is why? Lusca is already pretty commonly present in IP and I don't see the point of spawning Lusca in that small lake where he has nowhere to make use of his moving around the map ability.

As long as it caused Lusca to Spawn in IP, I'd be fine with that. Maybe limit the functionality to during Valentine's 😛

Honestly when I made the suggestion in General, it was more Lusca pops up if you take out Sally and smacks the player.
