So I'm digging my new Pyro/Energy Dom. Power Boost adds some oomph to the already great secondary effects. 

 

What else is everyone seeing as strong?

My Pyro/Arsenal might be my first dom to break level 30 and make 50. Pyro is legit that fun. Though I do admit the powerr combo is purely concept (and page 2 isn't on Mids yet), so I'm not too worried about performance. Watching mobs sporadically go flying makes me wonder if I should make her alt build all knockup sets. XD

All dom secondaries are Assault sets--did you mean Arsenal? I was debating doing that for a secondary. 

 

On beta I went with Pyro/Sonic since Pyro has an aura that wants you to be in melee and Sonic does as well, but I didn't get to push it very far due to a lack of time. Pyro/Energy looked like it might be good too.

I suspected as much, but my ADHD brain was like "needs clarification." xD

 

I haven't played with the Arsenal secondary much; my brain tends to want to make it more ranged than melee, but with the aura on Pyro, I imagine you'd want to use the melee attacks. Do you use Trip Mine on yours? If it's anything like the one in Traps/Devices, seems like an easy skip to me.

Seems like it might be a fun pairing and now I want to try one lol.

She's only at 18 and Mids hasn't updated yet for me to think on her full build. I'm thinking maybe, but I'm gonna need some pool power slots and it's gonna be hard not taking the whole Pyro list.

Mids is updated, but you have to download and replace the files (the updater is having an issue I think).  If you go to their discord page, there is a link to get the files.

I'm waiting to see someone running a pyro/sonic called "Flashbang" or something, lol. 

 

I've traded my fire/ice for pyro/ice. Pyro has a little better control, and I love layering debuffs. The damage isn't as good from the controls and no hot feet, but ice assault is pretty good. 

 

Does anyone know if Catherine Wheel is worth it? I just don't care for pets in general. Anyway, looking forward to everyone else's ideas.

I don't have Mid's (technical challenges), but I'd love to see a solid Pyro/Fire build posted here if anyone is so inclined. I have a Plant Dom that I love, and started playing with the Pyro powers yesterday and really like them (so far).
