Small Time badge

We have a "Big Time" badge, but don't seem to have one called "Small Time"
I would like to see this rectified, especially for the benefit of those characters either playing as petty crooks and/or using Mini-Mode.

I would suggest we earn it completing a mission in KW in the next page where the end boss is an EB/AV Family boss named "Big Tony" who has Mini-Mode on permanently 🙂

How else are you supposed to know you are a small timer except by taking out big timers?  😜

Honestly? I don't really care what it's attached to. I want the badge to put on some mini-toons. It just so happens that there's likely to be more KW content coming next page, which will almost certainly be 40(or higher)+ which makes it a convenient thing to tie it to. Family also has a boss named "Big Tony" and it might be funny if he had a contraband mini-mode that got stuck and he can't take it off and we have to help him (or beat him) to get the badge. But they could put it in KR for all I care in the end.
