Elizabeth Ashlee Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Blaster, Fire Manipilation - Cauterizing Aura and Theft of Essence: Chance for +Endurance. Theft of Essence: Chance for +Endurance is not doing anything under any circumstances when slotted into Cauterizing Aura. It appears to never trigger regardless of enemy saturation or duration spent with the power inflicting damage to enemies.
