He was an "alternative pharmaceutical" aficionado attempting to breed the ultimate "magic mushroom" when an accidental explosion in his back-room lab infused him with superpowers. He uses his psychedelic powers to "stick it to The Man" and promote the use of psychoactive substances to improve people's lives. The original plan was to make him a Plant Control/Psionic Assault dom, but it's been more than a year since I last played CoX and there seems to have been several new powersets. Since the mushroom combat aura is independent of any powerset, I'm open to other powers that would work thematically as well as being viable in solo and occasional group play.

As others have eluded to, due to how we can change colors of powers and much else, there's ways to take even power sets and AT's you'd not normally associate with your goals and turn them into things that would justify your goals. You could even make a thugs/shield MM using psychedelic colors on the shields and say the shrooms helped you make the shields, converted the thugs to you. List is really endless since people here have justified all manner of themes into different power sets.
