Game froze, character inaccessible

About 30 minutes ago the game froze while my character "G Test" (account Courtney) was fighting open world in Cimerora.  When I try to log him back in, I am sent back to the main login screen with a notice stating:

Character G Test is still logging out.  Please wait a second, then try again.  

I've tried several times but get the same result each time.  There is actually a loop of errors:

 

1. attempt to log in character, system responds as above
2. attempt to log in Courtney account, notice states, "This account currently logged in."
3. second notice then says, "You have been kicked. Error Code: -11021031511"
4. successfully log in Courtney account
5. select Brainstorm
6. choose "G Test" (currently the only character on that account)
7. loop back to 1

Note that I have no problem logging characters from my primary account, cohRock.  I have not yet tried creating a second character on the Courtney account.

Getting this too on character Uuncivil. Game crashed trying to load character, now getting the still logging out message. Can log into other characters fine.

Over 2 hours and still happening. Will have to delete the character and recopy.

Deleted character and recopied from live. Still getting the error.

There was something going on with Cim that froze up stuff.   Message got broadcasted not to enter, though of course, you wouldn't get that before logging in

Same, my character Maxine Pain tried to load into Cimerora about an hour ago (around 6:15 pm Pacific Time) and the loading screen froze.  An hour later I'm still getting "The character Maxine Pain is still logging out."  I assume the zone has crashed or something, just chiming in to let the devs know.  The Cimerora instance on Brainstorm is borked.

I had this happen to a character in the tutorial. (It's already been deleted and re-made) But yeah, got a "lost server connection" message and couldn't log that character back, tried a few times over the hour, and then deleted it.

Whatever was done requiring a client refresh this morning fixed my problem.  My character logged in with no problem. There was a minor regression of about 10 minutes.  He found himself in the Cimerora entrance cave, but the zone intro (with the 5 talk-tos) I had done needed to be repeated.
