It looks like there's a green badge on your map underneath a waypoint at your position, is that not the marker for Nocturnal Pilgrim?

There is indeed the marker under the waypoint. Some of those markers are hard to see when they are directly below the neighborhood waypoints or store icons etc. this one threw me off a little when I went to grab the badges in the Night ward too, but its there in the correct position.
