Add Air and water Control?

I would love to see the Air and water control on this server! I know it has been released elsewhere, wass hoping it could show up here as Homecoming is my home (I dun wanna go anywhere else)

The video for water control makes it look absolutely busted from the other server.

 

Wind Control needs animations, last I remember.

a page or two over, i offer a solution for wind control. also right after i posted that, that same solution was used on a different server. lol theres pics in it too, you can bump that one if you like or not.

wind will happen before water, most likely.
