Thinking it might have an unspecified Alpha Slot requirement I threw in a T3 but still nothing. I get held by a single Mag 3 Hold even though the power enhancement is giving a flat Mag 10 protection rating. Still leads me to believe its not working in the slightest. I did read in the Detailed Info that it was a toggle but also saw it on the power bar in the top right thinking it was just a passive. I clicked it and am now saddened to find that it only works for a modest 10 seconds or so with a 2 min CD. Or did you click it twice and turned it off? It should last 120 seconds before it shuts down on its own, but you can shut it down at any time to start the cooldown earlier.
