  1. Just a few more proposals. Breath of Life's proc would be similar to the Defender ATO, but only be flagged to affect nearby allies from you in a 20ft radius. And a PVP Recharge Intensive IO set, with a -DMG proc and unusually, % control for sets with some CC available in their kit.
  2. Welcome home! So, so cool to see former Devs droppin' by. Hope it's as fun as you remember it being and look forward to seein' you about.

While not specifically leveraged towards Temporal Bomb, Remote Bomb and Detonator, I think it might be a good time to address the interrupt on Trip Mine for /Traps at the same time since we're adjusting the underutilized T9 power in Traps and Devices. But, narrowly towards the new changes to the /Traps and /Devices T9, it's quite fun and i've had a literal blast with it.
  4. Tranquilizer Please murder this for something else. I'd prefer Beanbag (Not a meme, I legitimately mean this.) to be honest, while sleeps can be nice, ST sleeps are generally, very meh. It would at the very least, stack with Flash Bang, or with itself and not break on damage. Sleep Grenade Basically needs to continue to work like Static Field does, but some secondary effects like -Recharge / -Defense would be appropriate. Cyro Freeze Ray Liquid Nitrogen Basically also needs to work like Static Field, but constantly reapply an immobilize much like Dimension Shift does. Cloaking Device Yes please, am happy with this, generally like to see things like this to differentiate them from other control sets. Smoke Canister Flash Bang Tear Gas Gun Drone - Battle Drones Basically, replace the model with the robot battle drones from the Robotic Lore, which seems more in line with a high-tech suppression. Maybe one does Surveillance / other support powers, while the second does damage and th'like, maybe has a cloak toggle while out of combat in trade for some resists. Need t'do more testing but just some small things. The amount of placed patch powers could certainly be trimmed down, or auto-target execute at the target without the use of a bind or macro, while I understand this does take a bit of choice away, it would certainly make it run smoother for most of the player base. The lack of a stackable immobilize, largely makes the control set work against itself, nor does it make use of either Containment or the Dominator inherent/active use, it makes it hard for targets to stay in the area of effects of the multiple patches or AoE effects in general, some enemies just functionally ignore the slow, War Wolves, AVs, etc.
  5. I'd kill for some of the force field effects from the Praetorian maps, and the metal bits in the hallways, the floors, etc. Definitely Praetorian sewer bits terms of cement. We've got a few that we can use, but nothing as good texture/size wise.
  6. Entirely valid, yeah. The extraneous fear was sort of roughly following the same Enhancement value formula as Ragnarok, Unbreakable Constraint, Apocalypse, etc. with the very main IO set enhancement increases overall if you were to 6 slot it, or take a different 5 set combination.
  7. Purple Fear set, still kinda finaglin' with ideas but, the Contagious Confusion-like Terrorize effect with a -ToHit tacked on could be interesting neat. I mainly wanted it to give non-traditional resist suites relative to other purple sets that met the theme of Mot / Dark Astoria, as well as a set that gave Endurance/Recovery rather than the standard HP/Regen of other sets.
  8. Accurate Healing set, kinda focused on powers like Siphon Life, or Dehydrate, but can still be used for Twilight's Grasp, or similar healing powers that require a ToHit check.
  9. PVP ToHit Set, 15% Resistance to -ToHit debuffs. Open to suggestions for the proc.
  10. Just a few ideas really. We're severely lacking diversity in the Accurate Healing, Accurate -ToHit, Accurate -Defense, and honestly, every type of CC set as a purple set so, I figure we could use one for Fear as well.

  12. Still working on a number of other proposals, not sure if I went overboard with the bonuses, etc. But stuck roughly what you had for overall Total Enhancement Aspects, Effective total IOs for a rare set, etc.
  13. Having the option to skip things like Web Grenade, or Alkaloid on Poison for a non-Defender is something of a game changer. In addition, as an MM? Far less of a miserable early-game, or when exemplaring down for SF/TF content. Having the opportunity to pick your more iconic powers in your chosen power sets earlier, is a good thing. You can still choose to take it later, game's about options and customizability of your heroes, villains, or the things inbetween. So, honestly. I'm fine with these changes and have a substantial impact to early-leveling by making it more bearable, same with exemplaring. Synapse no longer feels like an absolute slog with the options that are going to be available to players. I've thoroughly enjoyed the changes broadly speaking with a few exceptions.
