Vanguard has provided information on Dongzi (Winter's Son in his native tongue) aka "Frostbite". Subject is an earth born Edenian and believed to be a descendant of Kuai Liang. Like others in his clan he has the ability to control and manipulate Cold and Ice. Frostbite can sheath his body in layers of ice to deflect damage, create ice swords for attacks, and encase foes in ice paralyzing them. Dongzi however has two unique abilities or "kekkei genkai" among his clan. He can make his body crystalline in nature which allows him to become completely transparent, invisible to the naked eye. He can also manipulate the density of this structure making himself highly resistance to damage for a short period of time. Frostbite is a very formidable foe in one on one combat. Our data suggests that attacks with multiple agent groups may be the best way to neutralize him. Very very fun

Animation might be the hang up. But Controllers and especially Dominators need more set options.

for example on one character I made the wrong T4.. now sure I could start all over again.. but then I have to build EVERYTHING again from scratch. It would be nice if we could " De-Evolve" an Incarnate power. I dont expect to get everything back but how about breaking down a T4 into a T3? That way we could fix mistakes OR other choices we like better and not lose everything.. A limited Incarnate respec if you will.

I know im on Excelsior but the lag and disconnecting has been HORRIBLE the last few weeks. I cant tell you how many times on one map I turned the SAME corner over and over and over again.

Im thinking about a Psi Sent.. looking for a secondary. Have done almost everything except these two.. no experience with regen and some with WP on a tank.. but this aint a tank.. opinions please.. Thank You

I havent outgrown Sents yet... just about to start another one.... and I have played every AT in the game to 50...

It would be nice when I login on my level 50s if I could see how many Veteran levels the characters has. ie if I could SEE before I login for example that my Fire/Rad Sentinel was veteran level 14, I would probably play him to get to level 15 because I get Emp Merits at level 15. This would be a nice quality of life edition. Thank You

I've been giving it a whirl. Got it to 50. Its not bad.. Things I would fix. Storm Cell needs to have More Slow, -Fly. It needs to do a better job of keeping people in the area. Chain Lightning should go away. It should be replaced by a Ball Lighting or Static Discharge type of power. Even Something like the effect of Lightning Rod as a target AoE would be a nice change. Cloudburst is meh.. takes too long to animate.. I would have loved something more like lightning storm. Or even a Pet like Voltaic Sentinel as a cloud that zaps people..

Im thinking of a Storm Blast/ Fire Build and because i dont build blasters often im looking for some tips of how to build up some defense. Im not taking Scorpion Shield because im going with Bonfire from the Epic Pool. Im figuring S/L/E is the way I should go because with Burn and Hot Feet I will be in melee range a bit. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Ive never had this much of an issue before. Ever.

Has anyone else had this issue. I usually run pretty smooth but lately no matter where I am, inside a mission, outside on Excelsior it feels like I am taking 1 step back for every 5 forward. Run up click a door... then im not at the door.. Turn a corner.. then im back around the corner have also noticed that the NPC are moving weird and jumpy a little I watched the Train in Talos and it was stuttering a little too.. rolling forward.. then jumping back.. I dont think its my Connection because everything else that I run and any other game I run on the PC is smooth.

No problem. This is why I went with Time over my old Grav/Kin. I liked it much better. YMMV.

Ways I though Grav/Time was better Time gives A second hold in Time Stop that I could stack with Gravity Distortion to Hold Bosses. Also Singularity Spams a hold as well. Holds are also excellent places to stack procs to increase potential damage Unlike Speed Boost which does not work on me. Chrono Shift increases my recharge speed, increases my recovery, and heals. The increased recharge speeds means all my control powers come up quicker. And with enough recharge and slotting it can be made perma. And unlike Siphon Speed I dont need a target. Slow Response is a solid debuff of -recharge and -res and when stacked with Time Crawl is even stronger Farsight adds +Defense and + To Hit And while you cannot heal a Singularity, Temporal Selection will boost its damage and it will boost its Regen rate and add 25% damage to Singy Time worked better for me than Kin. I can buff my team AND myself. easier...

Electric/Storm ????!!!!! never thought of that combo for some reason !!!

I tried an Elec/Time Corruptor and while the idea seemed good, I just cant get the " flow " of the character correct. So that got me to thinking. Ive played /Time a lot, but only have an Elec Dominator who is pretty good. So that has me thinking about the Elec/Time Controller combo, but I dont want to sink the time ( and influence ) in again to find out I dont like it. Thoughts and Thanks

I think THIS is it... Storm Blast reminded me that I want Wind Control which is a thing which I really wanted.. And in addition Controllers and Dominators ESPECIALLY have been suffering with the lack of sets and Blasters and Corruptors KEEP getting sets like almost every update...

Normally a new set comes out.. Im all geeked to try it.. I'll work it across several character and ATs.. but there is something about Storm Blast.. I just cant seem to " get there "... Am I alone ?

Rad Blast/Regen is definitely something im taking a look at making. Currently working on a Storm/Nrg/Elec build
