For me that would have to be my Arachnos Soldier His only attack chain is the 6 ranged attacks from base soldiers. He is a team buffer and debuffer,..with dual LEADERSHIP ,.. very fun and an extremely low stress play style.

ELECTRIC BLAST sets do additional dam. based on on target current end, so there is that. As far as EB, AV,GM,.. you are SOL.

As I thought,...thx all I have since made a FIRE/KIN and gonna run that up.

I started an ars/kin got him to 25 and was looking over build when it hit me. How do I set up containment on av's????

If just trying to leverage -res. proc. My first thought is to use RAD BLAST. ELECTRON HAZE alone can slot 2,.. then there are 2 other pbaoes to slot Fotg. As far as Fotg.. imo burn is just about the best your gonna get. bur has a smaller 8' rad. and a decent recharge rate for using in and attack chain. so maybe a RAD/FIRE built for melee.

I would go with staff/sr/weapons exploding shuriken being your signature "gambit" move...

I would also add that FREEZING RAIN and SLEET also works this way.

Does this decrease proc. chance? I've got a couple sentinels with some hefty +range.

and if we are talking bout just a pylon,..FIRE AURA IS gonna be your best bet "(BURN)"

there is no grav/nrg troller nor is there a nrg/grav dom. BUT to offer an opinion on grav. because grav. has 2 strong single target attacks built in I tend to go troller,...as those 2 attacks tend to be outclassed by dom secondarys.

Can we plz have REST also affect pets also on MM. IT would be helpful to have a way to heal pets in-between fights. not all pets have a way to heal themselves and not all secondary's have a heal thx

WHEN I used the term POWER HOUSE it was meant as some one who can stand toe to toe with the big bad and take the brunt of his attacks. WONDER WOMAN can do that, BATMAN cant period. NOW since so many are in favor of porting but acknowledge that rage is the problem here, let me ask you this. WHAT IS SUPER STRENGTH WITHOUT RAGE?? rage is what sets SS apart from all other sets.

I'm gonna have to disagree on this topic. SUPER STRENGTH should be reserved for the archetypal "POWER HOUSE" the likes of (hulk, thing, even wonder woman) but when its comes to scrappers they are the "SKILLED FIGHTER" no one fights better than (batman, captain America) ect. its also the same reason i dont want ninjitsu ported to tanks or brutes,..there shouldnt parity for all melee at. some uniqueness is a good thing.

When looking at a power and what procs to include, whats better dam. or -res. Does the type of attack (single, aoe) matter,.. I'm not talking proc% or chance, just dam. vs -res,...what helps me clear mobs faster. thoughts.

Can we please have ROF accept slow sets. its quite annoying to use ROF and have the mobs run away. OR remove the fear component. thx

What mids has nothing to with the question at hand.,.. Nor does it tell me why powers have the IO set they have. look at the powers your self "IN GAME"

How is that frozen armor for brute,tank,scapper,and sentinel doesnt accept RES. sets. Yet the controller and dominator versions do. Inquiring minds want to know.

One idea to solve all the problems would be to make it a toggle. just a consistent 300% regen with no stacking and 100% active. I would go for that

I think what you might be looking for is a SOLDIER OF ARACHNOS. You can set up 3 totally different builds or 2 hybrids. all build will have complete mez prot. and a lot of team support. The crabermind is a popular choices as it has 6? pets plus full support, brute lvl resistances and an awesome slate of attacks. I myself did a full team support soldier build that's quite fun. you should take a look. and good hunting

Don't forget glass and crystals can bend, reflect and diffuse (or split) LIGHT. With that in mind look at set that can mimic light,...ILLUSION CONTROLL,..RAD BLAST(recolored),.maybe SPINES, PEACEBRINGER is really close.
