  1. Are PC game controllers supposed to work now? I have not been able to get my controller to work at all?
  2. After installing mods, nothing is added to any of the windows.
  3. I must be doing something weird, as I can't see what mods I have installed to uninstall them?
  4. I'm just annoyed that my power choice is being removed and that they are giving it away... but with a lot of extra 'busy work' to unlock. So I can get it, but I have to now go and unlock all the badges needed. They just added a lot of work to replace something that made life easier. It's like the devs don't think that our time is worth anything, as it's 'free' to them.
  5. Really, the upgrade option seems to be built to be a sink for people that have had 10s of million INF dropped on their heads as new characters. 😕
  6. I think people are doing the LSHIFT+LBUTTON macro click for area and then an attack macro that lets you select a mob and then teleport loc to it.
  7. I didn't either. Really, the problem I'm seeing is the cost of DOs/SOs versus the TOs that you can't buy. And leaving TOs as vendor trash to sell is actually hurting you, as at least with DOs as vendor trash, they give you more influence to spend towards your DOs and SOs.
  8. Tanker taunts a mob of 16 highest level mobs for a zone. Uses fold space to drop them on lowbies in zone. Then teleports straight up once or twice to break aggro range. Congrats, you just wiped some lowbies. Grab your two trolling buddies and see how much you can do this. [Edit] Possible Fold Space griefing is to have you herd mobs to the edge of the drone range, you fold space a couple of times to get them to the doors for the interior spaces of AP/Grandville and see if you can fold space while trying to enter the interior zones. Or maybe you get your friend to teleport other while folding space.
  9. I'm going to chime in a little bit here. Teleport Friend/Foe combined into Teleport Other is a net bonus, IMO. Combat Teleport: I'm not against this power, but I think the To-Hit is anti-thematic and more to be different for differences' sake than for a good reason. People aren't going to click spam Combat Teleport before attacking, though they might teleport a few times if they start whiffing horribly against high level CoT and Nemesis. But the To-Hit becomes relatively useless at 50+. The removal of Long Range Teleport seems like something not really broken being moved to 'fix' it for everyone that didn't have the power. Fold Space: I think this power steps too close on Wormhole (and is in essence a clone of wormhole that you can give to everyone) that seems more like a power farming tool than a situational combat power. I think it should in fact get axed. It seems like something that would get abused post haste and could be used to drop higher level mobs on people, ie. griefing. I have never seen a power added to the game that was so potentially broken towards griefing and farming in my life. I'm pretty sure mines and traps characters are salivating at the fact they will never miss their groups in the future. Group Teleport: Basically doesn't get fixed and is still relatively useless unless you train your team around it. The idea of making it like the Incarnate incandescence teleport has some merits. Perhaps change it so it takes your pets (even non-movement ones) with you. The reason people don't use it as a reverse Fold Space is because you can't prep and blow things up without threat. From what I can see, fold space is supposed to be the combat buff power, but because it's not safe for a large majority (squishies!) it basically only buffs those that can already survive 16 mobs at a time. Yay for making them farm better. I've been wishing for a teleport combat power like Trap Door the Incarnate wannabe with teleport powers that could clone himself. A pet that you summon with your semi-default powers and look. Perhaps a neat ability that if you die while your pet is alive, you appear and replace the pet at 1/2 health. Combat Clone.
  10. The easy solution is to just have a SG base there already, so the need to drop one is diminished.
  11. I thought the patch notes said they were removed from drops and normal vendors, someone mentioned them still being the in SG base vendors. That may be a bug that they still drop then.
  12. Give them enough INF to buy a temp from Monkey Joe's upstairs vendor? I think it's a blistering 5k to 10K...
  13. This is, in fact, what he was referring to. I had no idea this existed and I'm not sure I would want to set up all my windows so I could. It's nice an advanced feature is available, but not everyone wants to use advanced features.
  14. So TOs are essentially gone (unless you have access to a supergroup base) but DOs and SOs are 'standard'. Is the ramping down base accuracy of 90% to 75% going to be removed now or later? Or leave that so that people will more likely slot SO damage first until you get a couple of slots in your attack?
  15. You can still get power clutter via creep. This is clutter via creep. I really think that a simple option (not a day job as day jobs should be very optional) of a SG portal upon joining a SG and a better portal for the day job is a better option.

  18. So, in other words you have to really know the Auction House items and hope that you are buying things that people will purchase for a net positive income. -_-
  19. I want to double check, but I didn't see an option to redeem merits life for influence, I only saw the ability to pay 1mil for 1 merit (or something like that).
  20. Hmm. Probably can't code it to be a target-reticule power and target-to mob, could you? One thing I noticed (and it may just be the numbers updating slower than the power fires) is that there's about a 1 second lag on the to-hit buff. If it must keep the to-hit buff, I think that should fire before you arrive as you place yourself in position to strike as you like. Though a +chance to critical hit with your first attack after teleporting might be a more fun option than upping your already high to-hit chance.
  21. Huh, just getting a base portal power for being in a SG would be an amazingly easy, QoL updated. Maybe it won't be the best, but if you have eight people with a 30 minute timer power (that upgrades to 10 minutes with the day job bonus) would be a simpler fix, IMO.
  22. This kind of points out that the cost for Merits for things isn't matching what their values should be then. They should be (roughly and broadly) sort of on the same parity. Unless you research the market and know those values are off, a player would expect that spending their merits on IOs would be the correct option.
  23. I thought the patchnotes mentioned that Training Enhancements were removed?
