    It may be possible to 'kill' the rings portion of the animation though. Does the Longbow Lts. sonic grenade cause a similar issue? A dev may be willing to try and help with disabling it, just for a health reason.

    No, it would fix both parts of it from being a hassle to use to enhance something and then also the comonality.

    I would actually vote for Boosters to be changed to be a flat +5 boost, not requiring 5 of the overly rare items. They are supposed to be more common than Catalysts, but because you really use 5 of them per enhancement, they are used up 5 times as fast.

    Actually, that's usually the case of the opposite. Things that aren't useful are normally more common. I think you are working from a weird bias there.

    So why is +Range more rare?

    I did, actually. So one regular ranged AOE set. And looking it over, that makes it more rare than +recharge.

    So only 2 PvP ranged sets are 'ranged' and not snipes or ATO sets. You've actually sort of proven the point, that there is no (small) +range bonus for the ranged and ranged AEOs set. And I never actually stated that I was looking at huge set bonuses (though the Sentinel ATO sets at least get the set up to a good range again).

    Why doesn't Ranged and Ranged AOE sets give any global +range bonuses? It seems an incredibly rare buff that doesn't directly help attacks?

    You should be able to make a macro that uses the old log as the LRTP icon.

    I have no idea why you think not getting mezzed on a first attack is somehow only useful on soft-capped defense, which was never mentioned or pointed out.

    Not really. 15 levels (that actually takes about the same amount of time to level as the previous 35) is not the same. Especially as you start to run into more and more mezzing at the higher levels.

    So, just to make sure I'm reading this right, +4 mag protection (1/2 to 1/3rd of what scrappers and tanks get) is now the power Tyrant at +8 Incarnate levels? -_- I believe that has been adjusted to level 35 or so.

    And, once again, what about level 1 through 49 when you can't have Clarion? Oh, wait, those levels don't matter. Is that really unbalanced? Or is that just your kneejerk reaction?

    And yet the other servers have something of the like for all players. So adding +4 mezz protection to all epic armors is obviously not super huge in outlay either. You are basically saying its not worth any effort at all, even though people obviously do care about it.
