  1. I'm looking at these recipes I'm getting from playing through some missions, and I'm wondering if I should slot these multi-stat enhancements like acc/damage and so on. Is there a guide or guidelines for which enhancements to slot? I'm looking to maximize healing, damage, and recharge. My accuracy is already good enough not to worry too much about it.
  2. How many spots do we get per power? Has that changed at all since 2012? And are there any plans to increase the number of slots for lvl 50s?
  3. I have a claw regen scrapper, based on a certain comic character, and I want to max it out. I'm focusing on health/end regeneration, damage, and attack rate. Where should I focus my slotting and IOs to maximize the character? Are there any powers that aren't worth taking in the claw/regen sets?

Hi everyone, I have an electric/electric blaster and it seems the biggest issue I have is the amount of endurance each power takes, and I want to enjoy the build up to 50, so what would y'all recommend that I slot as enhancements in the powers to help with endurance cost, damage, and recharge? Those seem to be the biggest issues I've had so far. I'm hoping to make this character an all electric blaster for the concept I have in mind. I got her to 14 or so but the end cost is more than other sets it seems.
  5. I guess it's because I played before CoV and always considered the tanker the one who can absorb the most damage and is the most physically powerful, which is what I think of for an Amazon. How does a brute or scrapper compare to a tanker as far as durability and attack power?
  6. How is street justice vs super strength power-wise? IS one more powerful than the other attack-wise?
  7. One other question on a hero/villain concept. I was thinking to create a succubus, but was unsure of the power sets. Would controller illusion control/kinetics work? That way, she would have the power draining abilities from kinetics, and with illusion, the historically claimed powers to make people see what she wants.

  9. Hi all, I was thinking of doing an Amazon warrior hero, and was considering a tanker with super strength / invulnerability. Is Invulnerability better off than regeneration? I wanted to make sure I had fun with this build getting to 50 in this theme.
  10. Random suggestion. Low priority but it would be fun/funny to see dances added to the game, such as: *the floss. Very popular with the kids for a good while *Gangnam style. Flash in the pan popular, but still a fun song *Carlton Dance. See his Dances with the Stars or any given Fresh Prince episode *Hitch's dance. Arms bent, step side to side, stay in the box *That other guy's dances from Hitch. The Q-Tip, Robot, Sprinkler, etc. *This signature's move, whatever it is.
  11. Just thought of something - armorbots as a pet for a mastermind. We have a few different armor types in the game, and we could summon knights, androids, or robots, or armor-bots like Iron Man did in IM3. For science-ATs who play as armored heroes like Positron, that would be pretty cool for RP.
  12. Interesting ideas for alt pets there. When CoH was live, I did really want to summon skeleton warriors (yes, inspired by the cartoon) with armor, as my undead army. Ninjas so I could have them look similar to Lin Kuei or Cyberninjas. Heck, why not a cheerleader squad armed with chainsaws? I understand folks say it's difficult or nigh impossible to do, but it looks like there are a few options that might at least expand the base of masterminds somewhat. Summoning in-game creatures that already exist, or baddies that already exist like the guys from Outbreak shouldn't be much of a stretch.

  14. Mildly related - I'd like to see the MK ninja belt hanging things. I think those are doable in the game pretty easily. Especially with a bare cloth, and the two textures we saw from MK2 and MK3.

  18. I would like to suggest two things for faces: 1. higher resolution faces for men and women. Look at the Steampunk pack faces, vs. the original faces, and you'll see what I mean. They have much more detail than the earlier faces. 2. more faces for men and women. Perhaps something that looks similar to famous people - Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, Noel Coet, Abigail Ratchford, etc. to allow new hero options, or just some new, high res faces that are somewhat attractive-looking.
  19. Comic books are full of people switching bodies - Banner/Hulk, Mystique, etc. I think we should be able to do this in CoH. Allow us to change height, gender, and body type in-game so that a male can become giant male, female can become giant female (would need to be newly made), and male and female can switch. This would allow Hulk-type, were-wolf type, Jekyll/Hyde type, and other type heroes and villains to be made. It would be nice if it were more important than just a tailor-costume-change, but if that's the only way to do it in-game, then that's fine by me. But it would be great for the role-play aspect of the game.
  20. I'd like to see a female 'large' size character like we already have for men, and with the tailor or somewhere else in-game, the ability to switch between all three - male, female, and giant. That would open up a lot of role-play options for characters. I think that'd be an easier option to gather first in the game.
  21. I'd like to see a mastermind set with clones as the pet you summon. I would think that's easy enough to load. Additionally, a female option for the mercs, ninjas, thugs, and demons.
  22. How about adding just 'clones' as a pet option? Have them all look like the character? Or give male/female options for the mercs and ninjas? Not full customization, but just a few more options.
  23. I saw some suggestions here, so I thought that I would post a suggestion I've been thinking of ever since CoV showed up. I'd like to see, if possible, customized Mastermind Pets. To me that would be pretty amazing, and utilize the existing character creator. This would let people create male AND female pets for each set. Male mercs in MiB outsits, female mercs in skirt suits, female succubus-looking demons, skeletons, cyborgs, all kinds of options would open up if this were done. EVERY mastermind would then be truly unique in just about every respect.
  24. What I've been wanting on Masterminds for years is customization of the 'pets' - For mercenaries, why not let me have female mercs that look like my main character? Or for a demon-themed mastermind, create male or female pets? I was hoping to be able to get skeleton warriors for one of my alts that had skeleton armor - that would've been awesome. That's been my bugaboo for a long time.
