  1. What makes the PPD in KW going Bad so weird is that it's a new Part of the City. KW isn't even finished being Built yet. It's the Part of the City where the Good People of Paragon have decided to Honor their most cherished Hero of all time, Statesman. One would think the Best of the Best PPD would be sent to watch over this City. It would be an honor to serve in KW. Having corruption already set in just feels off.

     

    Having said all of this, The Zone was originally designed as a Co-op zone. What that was going to look like only those with access to the original notes have any idea. So maybe?

     

    If I could make a suggestion: reduce the amount of "Bad Behavior" taking place on the Hero side and Island, and boost it up on the Villain side. This way you can still have the appearance of a nice low crime City area and still have a undesirable underbelly on what was supposed to be the Villain side of the map. 

  2. Just a quick fly around, the zone feels lived in. The new baddies look cool. The diversification of the Freekshow feels...like something they would do. 

     

    Some of the vehicle pathing is wonky. In the middle of some of the straight roads, the Cars will "spin around 360" and then continue on their path.

     

    Overall, whoever worked on the "look" of the zone did a great job.

    I've stripped and deleted a lot of characters.  I really should have tracked them, but it's over 200 and many of them were 50.  For the most part they've had Basic IO builds from back when I was "poor".   I still have a few dozen that may still be stripped and retired.   I just find it easier than having a bunch of non-used chars.

    KM is under baked. I've removed all IO sets from my KM toons and parked them in the back of my toon list. Maybe someday they will get an additional look at. Until then, It's not you @Lusiphur Malache

    Yes, as long as you have an address you can enter the SG Base and use attached teleports of people who no longer play the game.

    Sounds like the Launcher has been corrupted. Uninstall it and reinstall a new one. Other than that, make sure you are directing it to the correct folder and none of the folders have been corrupted or removed unknowingly.

    Yes, they did. But they just made the tougher. Or, Something broke. They are not the same as they where before the last update.

    This is correct. The code is already in game. It was never proliferated. They decided to go in a different direction with the story line. So, it wasn't pursued any farther then the one or two existing test maps.

  9. If I may suggest an alternate option for those who may not want to change folders in the game?

     

    Go to Menu-Options-Graphics and Audio

     

    Scroll down to Experimental Graphics Settings and Turn this ON

     

    Then Enable Cel Shader

     

    This will put a white line around everything in the zone making everything easier to see at all times of the day and in zones with Fog of War.

    This honestly isn't the first time I've run into thus, but I think last time I just did an in-game service petition, and didn't think to try the forums. This time I was told to put it here on the forums if I thought it really was a bug.

    I can confirm this. Happened to me over the weekend.  I was rubberbanding really bad that day so my assumption was it was because of lag. 

  11. Not long before the game went F2P there was talk of making a Hero Creator phone app. Create your toon on your phone, then send it to the game and play at your leisure.  I always pictured myself sitting back in my chair creating toon after toon on my phone.

  12. Pretty big hole in Croatoa. Big enough to TP through and big enough for small Critters to possibly fall through. This may explain the disappearing Critters during the War in the Vale event, not allowing the event to be reset.

    I can TP under the Lake but quickly get placed back at the Tram in Croatoa. Not enough time to take pics.

    Upon re-entry to the map, now the mobs are ignoring me. I scorch 'em and use combustion, they just ignore me. 

    So...figured that's gotta be a glitch. No idea if it's reproducible or not. 

    What was your alignment?
