  1. I’ve had more trouble from new cot than council on sr toons.
  2. Lot of the newish flame thrower or ignites set a patch on ground that’s auto hit. Just have to move out of it.
  3. Way better than the city of titans demo.
  4. I had an ice/spines tank that did this. It was pretty effective at slow them down.
  5. Sounds like you are honestly. If it’s not a few unlucky rolls in a row you live through anything. A couple lucky rolls and you resist it all after that.
  6. Eh. Sr doesn’t need recovery or heal. It’s only 3 toggles. Sr has the recharge too. Energy just gets wrecked in ITFs if you get too much attention.
  7. Regen is the answer. I like my wp scrap but he has divine avalanche which helps a lot. I personally hate energy. I’ve tried it many times all the way to full incarnated and can’t get into it. The lack of no fx I don’t like. The huge psi hole. The lack of much ddr. The heal is kinda cool but meh. I love rad on a scrap. The t9 should be treated as a build up power and used as much as possible. It gets an extra aoe which is unique and also heals teammates.
  8. This is all in my opinion. A lot from many vet levels. stone is unkillable and never runs of end. Mine is build in granite for the sole purpose of tanking and not dying while holding aggro. SR is pretty much the same. Has 80-90% defense which is way over for incarnate but helps that high while doing four star ITFs. most tanks don’t run out of endurance if their attacks are slotted for end redux. Dark and ice are end heavy. I’ce had its own fill up. Rad is end heavy but has its own fill up. putting 3 procs on health and two slotting stamina with end redux in stamina solves 75% of end problems on this game.

  10. Mud pots just gonna be there. If you’re not planning on playing in melee I’d say you could just skip it.

  12. I have a staff/wp brute but would probably run on tank for way bigger aoes.
  13. Unstoppable. It adds psy now so comes in handy. Dan pop barrier right before crash. Never die.
  14. Think fire/ma is the ticket for farming. I’m not for sure though as I don’t really farm for money but to skip alts a few low levels.

  17. Am gonna get the self rez. Gonna try and use hover all the time too. I like the look of lil fluff ball floatin around. Might try midnight grasp again. Maybe I'll like the noodles. I'm having decision fatigue at this point lol.

  20. We’ll see on self rez. I’ve tanked 4 star ITFs on stone and sr and never wanted or needed a self rez. Generally was team wipes and wanted to reset. Was at end. heal is up every 9 seconds. And 80% resist to recharge debuff. I don’t like the noodles and the alt animation either. I’m unsure how much that gimps it really. Think rest of attacks will be plenty.
  21. Only times I've died thus far have been to recharge debuffs. I have self rez on a scrap that is willpower and have yet to use it, even during hard stuff. I don't like the noodles or the other animation. Have plenty of attacks without it. Not really build for defense. Fell backwards into like 30% melee just from other sets and weave. I went for resist first, then getting very close to perma hasten and soul drain after. The preventative medicine proc seems like it would be great on a dark. It will fire a lot I imagine. I don't have it yet on my lowbie but he will shortly. I shouldn't need the more end. It nets 2% and has cardiac on top of attack slots. I use the dark consumption some now while leveling but end isn't as good either.
  22. Stone/MA is just so much fun. Mine is build to play in granite so you can Eagle's Claw and Storm Kick in Granite. It's fun. You can for sure get by without granite nowadays. It's fun. My build has psy resist within 2% of cap too.
  23. Against one target it is likely an AV. Cloak of fear and touch of fear might not help, but I've feared Vandal in Citadel. I haven't like dark melee on a scrap or brute. I like it on this tank. At least so far.
  24. Went for pretty close perma recharge/soul drain and 80% recharge debuff protection. Resists are capped to most aside from energy and toxic. Heal is up every about 9 seconds.
