Take all the powers. They are all great. I don’t use the ground aoe a lot but it comes in handy. The stairs on first mission of itf or wherever you fight rom at end.

Could easily go down some defense, resist, and max hp. Switch to recharge bonuses, get hasten perma, add some procs I guess? It kinda became an experiment to see if I could get softcap defense and hard cap s/l resist and hp. Willpower is pretty flexible.

1. I'm sure you could. I don't much like cones most of the time on scrappers but taking it would add to aoe. Could switch ancillary for a snipe or another aoe. Could sacrifice some set bonuses and add procs. If on a team you don't even have to use DA. It adds defense of course but isn't the highest dps attack. 2. Can skip using it on team and just do other three attacks. Would need something else or use DA to fill small gaps. It is mostly a theme build which is why I took the self rez.

Masterful throw looks super on point. No way to get staff I don’t think though.

Just happened to be looking at a new toon. Dom martial assault has a ton of throwing attacks. Could use a bit of mind co tell for his charm. Leave plenty of room for pools and ancillary.

There are by far my favorite class. Electric isn’t the best though. It’s a lot of fun on stalker as they have a pretty good st chain cause of AS and lighting rod doesn’t break stealth (which I think is incredibly stupid and makes no sense). im at 12 scrappers, 5 tanks, and 1 brute. I wish I could find more brutes to play. Theme is only reason I kept the one. And kinda want 1 of each class at 50. anyway, scrappers are great. The atos make a big difference. I’d get both procs at lvl 10.

Ea has a literal psi hole and sounds like is what it does???

I just don’t think /ea will look good but whatever makes y’all happy.

Also, Ripper has two different power animations now, just in case you didn't know. I like the non flip one myself so just recently respec'd back into it. This is one of my top 3 scrappers too btw. I think I'm up to 12 or so.

I think I have everything Leob/Sale did together, hate Sale is gone. Anyway, here is my spines/bio. It is expensive but is an aoe machine and not too squishy. If you only have four slots for attacks, 2 damage, 1 acc, 1 end redux. Unless your end is fine then don't worry about it. I'd not get the two damage auras until your end is fine. My general rule of thumb on DA and similar powers is to take it on resist sets and skip it on defense sets. Defense sets won’t need it generally.

Yeah staff/sr. Maybe wp. Enery aura doesn’t make much sense.

I can share when I get home. It’s a Highlander type toon so some power choices cause of that, like no travel power.

Claws/rad scrapper. Has two healing badges just from /rad. ice/psi/mind dom is fun. Doesn’t actually hold anything just chills in melee and confuses everything and blasts.

I’d probably put it in midnight grasp so it fires more often and smite and siphon heal would crit. I’m not a dark expert though. Never could get into it. I’ve got a good kat/wp I made not too long ago I can share. It’s pretty good.

Can play storm. It’s tier 9 is probably skippable anyway.

If you post the build in mids you’ll likely get more help. My main on live was ma/sr scrap. I have one now too. I’m just now leveling an ma/sr brute. I can share build when I get home. Haven’t fully decided yet on final build.

I take it. It is my opener with the ato proc. Can fit in two attacks after it or leap and the aoe. It fires a lot.

Shield/ss. It’s super fun. The rage crash isn’t bad at all on a tank as your defense will be super high and can take the hit. Also, hurl is bad ass with shield. Toon only uses one hand instead of two.

Switching back all the time would be just a lot of loud sounds and flashes all the time. Sounds horrible and would be pain to play too I’d bet. In would just change the existing buffs to some that are more useful. Especially the buff from other khelds.
